Our name comes from the keel of a boat, the steadying structure that keeps everything upright and moving smoothly through changing waters. That same steadiness is what we bring to every project. With decades of combined experience in homebuilding, our founders set out to create a company where exceptional systems, thoughtful design, and genuine client care come together seamlessly.
