Every plan here is a starting point, not a fixed product. Our plans are semi-custom: we give you a base plan and you adjust it — move walls, resize rooms, change the elevation, swap finishes. Pick the plan that fits most of what you want and we will tell you what it takes to make the rest fit. If none of them is close, we also build fully custom from your own design.

The starting price is the cost of the house built on your lot. It does not include the land or the site work — clearing, driveway, well and septic where they apply. Those vary with the lot, so the only honest number comes after we have seen it. Estimate your cost for a range, or book a lot walk to get specifics.
