The Tangier: Starting at $449,990

Our suburban plans are designed for larger houses between 2,500 and 4,000 square feet. These homes can accommodate growing families and are semi-customizable, meaning we provide you a base plan that you can adjust in many ways. Choose a plan that fits most of your needs, and let us know how to make it perfect.
Base pricing is the cost for the house built on your lot. Land and site prep is not included. Prices will vary based on your specific lot conditions, market conditions, utility needs, etc.
